We mainly did clothes shopping...Zara, Bershka, the usual...and I picked up a book and a few papeterie items. Taking the train rather limits the scope of what we can buy, but it's so much more fun.
Love to take the train. You get a different perspective on things and can even take photos (if you're quick.) I agree, though, it's important to remember everything you buy needs to be carried home!
