I've already revealed here that I am, unfortunately, not much of a market person.
Neither am I much of a café person, although in my imaginary life here in France, I would show up every day at my favorite Rodez café to sip a coffee or a glass of wine...
However, I have to admit I don't have a favorite café in Rodez.
But I like the looks of this one.
I'd love to be able to go to a café every day, I just don't have time. But it doesn't stop me to have my favourite cafés!
ReplyDeleteWhat about Simone on Place du Bourg? You get the "personnage" with your coffee. A real ruthénois character!
And the Café Broussy, so lovely, with its old art deco features?
Hello Muriel and thank you for your message. As you can see I have found some new inspiration in a new blogging platform...I'm sure I will be blogging some about Aveyron in general but mainly Rodez.
ReplyDeleteI do quite like the Broussy and the new owner seems into making it a cool place. I know some people are very into chez Simone, but I don't often get that far down into town...I'm often going up the Avenue Victor Hugo and just as far as behind the cathedral.
I also like les Colonnes, but haven't eaten there since the menu changed.
I do think one thing Rodez needs is a real wine bar ;)
